Our Company management is of an efficient military style structure based on our personnel having high level of comprehensive operational experience rather than a bureaucratic management structure. This company ethos allows us to respond quickly and efficiently to the many diverse needs of our global client base.

Our headquarters is based in Citywest Business Campus, which is home to some of the top 500 global companies in Pharmaceuticals, IT/Software, Telecomms, Electronics, Media and Food.  Moving to the Business Campus in 1994, we quickly became the chosen security partner of more than 90% of Citywest Campus corporate companies.  These clients entrust us with their most valuable business and human assets. The average tenure of our clients is 25 years.

Specialist Security Services are a certified member of the Security Institute of Ireland and compliant with PSA28:2013 .   The Private Security Authority (PSA)  is the Government regulatory body for the security industry in Ireland, our License Number is 00235.   Compliance is paramount and we are also accredited to ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System.
